TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Would you like to lose weight, get stronger, build muscle, tone up, get fit, feel better or a combination of all of the above? Do you need a workout partner to help push yourself? Can you commit 2 or 3 hours a week? Train with Friends can help you get closer to your goals while having a good time. Train with Friends is a strength training program for everyone. From beginners who have never touched a weight to experienced lifters, this program is for you. The workout will be planned out for you and will be guided by an instructor. You will be instructed on a variety of full body exercises with safety and proper form at the forefront of the workout. The workout will take approximately 1 hour from warmup to cool down. Classes will be limited to 8 participants and structured to move from one exercise to the next without having to wait for a certain machine or piece of equipment. You will use free weights, body weight and machines. Every exercise can be modified for every skill level.
The training sessions will be located at the Colorado City Rec Center. The address is 5000 Cuerno Verde Blvd which will take you to the swimming pool parking lot. There is another entrance with a closer parking area located off of Monte Vista Dr.

Dates - January 5 to February 25
2 Day – Monday and Wednesday Fee: $120 per person
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Limited to 8 participants)
2 Day – Monday and Wednesday Fee: $120 per person
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Limited to 8 participants)
